APPRAISED VALUE

$10,000 or less ~  $2,000.00 Deposit
If the appraised value of the property is less than or equal to $10,000.00, the deposit will be $2,000.00.

$10,001 to $200,000.00 ~ $5,000.00 Deposit
If the appraised value of the property is greater than $10,000.00 but less than or equal to $200,000.00, the deposit will be $5,000.00.

$200,001 or more  ~ $10,000.00 Deposit
If the appraised value of the property is greater than $200,000.00, the deposit will be $10,000.00.

STARTING BID

$10,000 or less ~  $2,000.00 Deposit
If the starting bid of the property is less than or equal to $10,000.00, the deposit will be $2,000.00.

$10,001 to $200,000.00 ~ $5,000.00 Deposit
If the starting bid of the property is greater than $10,000.00 but less than or equal to $200,000.00, the deposit will be $5,000.00.

$200,001 or more  ~ $10,000.00 Deposit
If the starting bid of the property is greater than $200,000.00, the deposit will be $10,000.00.

Cashier’s Check or a Certified Check made payable to The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
